Pet Policy
Animal(s) must be approved before move-in and at each renewal through PetScreening. Limit two pets per household. Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Chows, Doberman, and Spitz. Ordinary house pets shall include dogs, cats, small caged domesticated birds, hamsters, gerbils and guinea pigs, aquarium fish, small turtles and tortoises and creatures normally maintained in a terrarium or aquarium. Unusual house pets shall include, but are not limited to, those animals not generally maintained as pets, such as large reptiles, snakes, anthropoids, felines other than cats, canines other than dogs, ferrets, rodents, birds. etc. Unusual Pets are prohibited.Pet Fee is $300 for one pet and $500 for two pets.
Pet Rent is based on Fido Score:
- 1 Paw Print: $30 per month per pet
- 2 Paw Prints: $25 per month per pet
- 3 Paw Prints: $20 per month per pet
- 4 Paw Prints: $15 per month per pet
- 5 Paw Prints: $10 per month per pet
